3/16/18 ASHLAND, Ohio – Keith Allison, the field educator for the Ethical Choices Program, will give a presentation on the “Ethics of Eating” on Tuesday, March 20, at 7 p.m. in the Ridenour Room of the Dauch College of Business and Economics at Ashland University. The event, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the Ashland Center for Nonviolence.
The presentation will provide information and motivation to make a real difference in the world through working toward sustainable living, healthier bodies and a more compassionate society by attending to our food choices.
The Ethical Choices Program is dedicated to inspiring this generation to realize the importance and responsibility of being informed and to understand the power and influence they wield to make the world a better place through their food choices. By helping students understand the realities behind their choices and the many benefits of healthy eating, students can make informed, responsible and compassionate decisions for themselves and other beings.
