11/15/16 ASHLAND, Ohio – Ashland University’s Department of Recreational Services is hosting its annual youth indoor soccer league that will start play in January. The Youth Soccer League will have divisions for both boys and girls and, this season, the league will have teams for ages U9/10 and U11/12.
The deadline for registration is Monday, Jan. 9, and play will begin Jan. 14. Games will be held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and, if necessary, on Friday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. Each team will play one game per week with the league lasting nine weeks in total.
Registration is open to the first 24 youth teams that register, and additional spots may be opened if space allows. If an individual player wants to join the league but does not have a team, they may be listed as a “free agent,” however no guarantees are made that all “free agents” will be placed on a team, so it is highly recommended that registrations come from a full team.
Those wanting to register or wanting additional information about the league can call 419.289.5440 or email email@example.com.
