4/12/16 ASHLAND, Ohio – Dr. Kris Parsons, associate professor of accounting and chair of the Accounting and Information Systems Department at Ashland University, has received the 2016 Outstanding Accounting Contributor Award sponsored by the Ohio Society of CPAs.

Parsons received the award in recognition of her advancement of accounting education. The award was presented to her by Scot Wiley, CEO of the Ohio Society of CPAs, at the American Accounting Association Ohio Regional Meeting held in Beechwood, Ohio.
