5/8/17 ASHLAND, Ohio – Ronald Mickler Jr., director of academic support at Ashland University, has been named a member of the Ruffalo Noel Levitz Advisory Board for Private Institutions. The board consists of senior enrollment leaders at private institutions from across the United States who possess a wealth of experience in enrollment management.

“You have been hand-selected as an experienced enrollment leader who will be a valuable addition to the Board,” said Frank Bevec, vice president and senior consultant for Enrollment Services at Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL), in a message to Mickler. “We know the importance of seeking out fresh perspectives from experienced enrollment leaders.”

Mickler and other advisory board members will attend a dinner and board meeting in Washington, D.C., later this month. The meeting will focus on discussing the development of new services and trends in the industry with senior leaders sharing information about RNL’s recently launched suite of services, Complete Enrollment.

Mickler, who joined Ashland University last year, also works as the interim special assistant to the dean in the MBA program at AU. He has 20 years of professional experience within higher educational institutions, specializing in academic advising and student services within undergraduate and graduate programs.

A resident of Medina, Mickler joined Ashland from Cleveland State University, where he served as assistant director of Graduate Business Programs since 2013. In this role, he directly oversaw the administration of all Graduate Business Programs and assisted upper administration and faculty with evaluations of effectiveness and provided recommendations for alternative work methods, procedures and staffing.
