Ashland University Bookstore to Hold American Girl Story Time and Costume Party

10/20/11 ASHLAND, OH -- The Ashland University Bookstore and the AU Youth and Literacy Team are sponsoring an American Girl Halloween Story Time and Costume Party to be held on Friday, Oct. 28, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the bookstore located inside the Hawkins-Conard Student Center.

"Girls will be divided into age groups and participate in fun activities, including pumpkin bowling, storytelling and the spider toss," said Terri Hudson, director of the Ashland University Bookstore. "Cider and doughnuts will be served as we read aloud spooky stories of the season. Girls and their dolls, if they choose to bring them, are invited to come dressed in costume."
