5/15/17 ASHLAND, Ohio – The Coburn Gallery at Ashland University will hold a juried exhibition featuring 48 works created by the members of the Ashland Community Arts League. The juror for the exhibition was watercolorist Cathy Welner from Richfield, Ohio. Welner’s work has been featured in galleries in New York, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts and Ohio. Her work hangs in hundreds of private and corporate collections both here and abroad.

The Ashland Community Arts League juried exhibition opens May 19 with a reception from 6 to 7:30 p.m. featuring live entertainment by "Rock Salt & Nails," a local band of visual artists from Alliance, Ohio, performing original folk and traditional acoustic music.
