5/8/13 ASHLAND, Ohio - The Coburn Art Gallery on the Ashland University campus has scheduled three summer art sessions -- Summer Art Camp and two separate Art Days -- that will allow for art experiences for young artists.
The Summer Art Camp will offer a one-week session June 24 to 28 from 9 a.m. to noon for young artists ages 7 to 13. The young artists will learn how to use a variety of media and experience activities in this jungle-themed art camp. The summer camp fee is $65 per child and all materials are provided.
The Art Days are set for July 9 and July 29.
The July 9 session is titled “Messy Media” and is for ages 4 to 6 and will be held from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The cost for this one-day experience is $10 per child.
On July 29, the art experience is titled “Digital Dynamics” and is for ages 10 to 14 and will be held from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost of this one-day session is $10 per child.
