1/27/14 ASHLAND, Ohio – An Ashland University philosophy colloquium featuring Dr. Lee McBride, associate professor and chair of the philosophy department at the College of Wooster, will be held Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 3 p.m. in the Ronk Lecture Hall in the Schar College of Education.
What character traits and forms of provocation mark the insurrectionist? Come hear Dr. McBride speak on “Thoreau’s Insurrectionist Ethics." The event, which is sponsored by the AU Philosophy Department, AU Philosophy Club and Phi Sigma Tau, is free and open to the public.
