10/9/15 ASHLAND, Ohio – Ashland University will be hosting a Gourmet Harvest Dinner on Saturday, Oct. 31, at 6 p.m. The dinner will be hosted in the VIP Room of the Robert Troop Center and will allow those in attendance to enjoy the meal while watching the AU football game.
The AU football team will be playing Grand Valley State and game tickets and VIP parking passes are included in the $75 per person event price. Space is limited, so reserve your spot as soon as possible. The deadline to purchase tickets is Oct. 24.
The Troop Center is located at 904 Broad Street in Ashland.
The event will feature a five-course meal including a grilled bone-in pork chop with caramelized peaches and maple bourbon sauce, locally grown sautéed vegetables, and pumpkin cheesecake among other menu items. Complimentary beer and wine service will be available throughout dinner, including seasonal craft beers.
