4/20/15 ASHLAND, Ohio – Ashland University’s Schar College of Nursing and Health Sciences located in Mansfield, Ohio, will host the Ohio Consortium of Nursing Learning Labs (OCONLL) annual conference on Friday, April 24, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The College is located at 1020 S. Trimble Road in Mansfield.
About 125 faculty and healthcare organization educators, who direct or teach in simulation laboratories across the state of Ohio, will be attending the conference that will be held between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
“We are pleased to host the 2015 OCONLL conference, which will showcase nurse educators from across the state of Ohio who are using innovative approaches as part of simulation in the classroom and simulation laboratories,” said Dr. Lisa Young, director of the Simulation Center at the Schar College of Nursing. “Opportunities for incorporating simulation in the curriculum will be available for the learner new to simulation and to those who have had many years of experience in simulation.”
