Ashland University Sets 13th Annual Ford Lecture

8/26/15 ASHLAND, Ohio – Jolanta Bott, executive vice president of Operations and Human Resources for Paramount Group Inc., will be the featured speaker for the 13th annual Dr. Lucille F. and L.W. Ford Distinguished Business Lecture and Luncheon at Ashland University.

Bott serves as executive vice president of Operations and Human Resources for Paramount Group Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust (“REIT”) that owns, operates, manages, acquires and redevelops high-quality, Class A office properties in select central business district submarkets of New York City, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco.

Paramount’s portfolio comprises over 13.4 million square feet. At Paramount, Bott is responsible for all human resource and operations matters. Prior to taking that position, Bott held various other management positions at Paramount’s management company since July 1979. Bott studied art, business and psychology in Europe, Africa and Latin America, and is fluent in several languages.
