4/27/12 ASHLAND, Ohio -- The Coburn Art Gallery is offering a free photography class for children ages 8 to 14 on Thursday, May 17, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The class is in conjunction with upcoming the Ashland-New Photography exhibition call for entries, which features a category for young artists 17 years and younger. The first part of the class will explore the elements of photography, while second part will involve students taking photos on the AU campus.
Each student must provide his or her own point-and-shoot digital camera. The class will meet in the Center for the Arts Building, Room 346, on the Ashland University campus.
