Rebecca Schmeller

Rebecca Schmeller enjoyed 12 years of sales management with Procter and Gamble’s California and Arizona markets and P&Gs Wal-Mart Global Customer Team. She led many and various initiatives in team management, resource allocation, third party contract negotiations, operations management and process improvement, organization redesign, training and development, university recruiting, and HR policy improvement.

Her community service includes leadership on non-profit boards in Los Angeles, Fayetteville, Arkansas, Cincinnati and Medina, Ohio.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She has enjoyed teaching management theory and marketing at University of Arkansas, Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
