4/11/11 ASHLAND, OH -- Ashland University's Department of Recreational Services will be hosting a Community Creative Campers Week during the summer months.
This week of camp allows campers to explore their creative side. Children of ages 5 to 12 will be provided the opportunity to discover their ability to invent, create, and construct. In addition to arts and crafts, campers will participate in various activities including drawing and painting, creative writing, science or inventor projects, improvisational games and more.
This will be held in the Ashland University's Recreational Center from July 18 to 22, with a sign up deadline of July 13. The time for Creative Campers is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with extended care available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The cost for the first camper is $150 and $100 for each additional sibling. For extended care, there is an extra $10 charge for each day needed.
