11/04/2019 ASHLAND, Ohio – The Ashland University Fellowship of Christian Athletes will host Kid Kulture and The Trio for a benefit concert and sharing of testimonies Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 8-10 p.m. in the Upper Chapel of the Jack and Deb Miller Chapel, 456 College Ave.

The event is free and open to the public, though a freewill offering will be taken for students who plan to participate in the Dominican Republic Sports & Services Mission Trip in May.

Kid Kulture and The Trio are Mansfield-based musicians well known in that city’s live music venues. Kid Kulture (aka Alan Hill) is a 19-year-old rapper with an electronic- and house-influenced hip hop sound. The Trio -- Aaron, Ariane, and Andrew Hill -- combines Jazz, electronic, and hip hop to create what it terms “electrojazzhop”.

They frequently play together at shows and add flavor to each other’s sounds and also make tracks and undertake projects together to create something new.
