The event is sponsored by the Ashbrook Center at Ashland University, with the assistance of the Ashland University College Republicans, the Ashland University Young Democrats, and the AU chapter of Young Americans for Liberty.

The Gibbs campaign can be contacted for tickets at -- Info@bobgibbsforcongress.com, while those wanting tickets from the Harbaugh campaign can reach out to Sara at --s.haas@kenharbaughforcongress.com.

Those attending the event will not be allowed to bring signs into the venue, primarily so no one’s view is obstructed during the event. Campaign badges, stickers, etc. are welcome.

A Google form has been created that will allow the public to submit questions. The moderators will utilize some of these submissions when they prepare their questions for the two candidates. The URL for the form is -- http://ashbrook.org/debate-questions/.

Members of the media planning to attend the debate are asked to email AU Public Relations Director Steve Hannan at shannan@ashland.edu to be added to the media list. Media will be asked to show credentials that evening.

The Ashbrook Center will not be setting up a central video feed of the event, but any news outlet that wishes to record video of the event will be welcome to do so. Similarly, if either of the campaigns or any of the student organizations wish to set up a Facebook Live feed or anything similar, they will be welcome to do so. The Center will not limit the video recording of the event.
